I was upgraded from a studio to a one bedroom apartment, That was an amazing surprise for me. The staff were super helpful every time, and super friendly. The apartment was clean, breakfast was excellent with many options. The location was superb, near the metro station, near the airport and near Deira City Center Mall.

I was surprised this time they were not providing shower gels. They only provided shampoos, conditioners, hand gels and lotions. But besides that the apartments are amazing.

Big rooms, clean, close to the metro, shops, great breakfast, excellent stuff. I recommended already to my friends :)

The old shower setup was outdated, the vanity sink was small, the bedroom pillows were uncomfortable, and the swimming pool needs an upgrade.

The service and booking experience were poor, and the price was exaggerated compared to similar properties of the same standard and location. In addition, they refused to refund the money after the reservation was cancelled.

The staff was truly amazing and made us feel welcome from day one. Breakfast was a highlight thanks to Dia, Lyca and Ansari, who were always kind, attentive and smiling. The housekeeping team also did a great job, and a special mention to Mr. Manoj at reception for his constant friendliness and professionalism.

The apartment was comfortable and functional, although the rooms are starting to feel a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation. That said, this did not take away from the overall experience, which was made very positive thanks to the outstanding staff.

The apartment is large, clean, modern, quiet and comfortable. The staff are excellent. The location is great, across the street from the City Center Diera Mall with a large Carrafour supermarket and plenty of restaurants. It's about 20 minutes metro ride to Burj Khalifa. We stayed two weeks and could have easily stayed longer.

The staff is very professional. The young man that work on the 4th floor is very professional and hard working. Tell him thank you from room 410.

There’s nothing to not like

Excellent location walking distance from City Center Mall and Metro Station. Rooms are very spacious and clean

I have been stying this hitel for past 15 yers n found that now towels need to be changed towels are very old

Flora Creek is indeed exceptional in every way ?.Stayed 6 days there and everything is fabulous.Location, cleanliness, helpful staff, spacious rooms and mostly the comfortable bed? make this hotel one of my favorites in dubai. Great value for money.

We loved the staff and how cooperative they were. We loved the location.

The bathrooms were clean but not designed well. The master bathroom the plumbing needs to be fixed as the water is flowing towards us when we shower rather than drain. The second bedroom bathroom tub was very small and the curtain keeps coming towards us and keeps touching us while we shower. I didnt like it at all.

Location, customer service, guest rules, activities within the hotel, design, balcony locked, front desk night shift lady.

Rooms were very good, Bed and cushions were very comfortable. The room had everything you would need.Staff was very good through out the facility. Breakfast was great, had a mix of south Asian and continental and a good variety of foods.

The closets in the bedroom could use some lighting inside it, half of the side had it the other didn't and the one that didn't made it a little difficult to find things.

Location is very good

The late check-in as it starts at 2PM with non availability of early check-in (might be because of high traffic ).
